SOLUTION: A mold conveyor 13 in a circulation mechanism 1 is intermittently rotated and even numbers of the plaster molds M are circulated. Body R is fed into plaster molds M which are not used in the preceding time from a feeder 2 and is molded into product shapes by means of a molding machine 3. Molded articles W and empty plaster molds M used in the preceding time are forwarded to the primary drying room 4 and are dried in the same region as the circulation mechanism 1. The molded articles W after the primary drying are taken out from the plaster molds M by means of a demolding mechanism 5 and are forwarded to the secondary drying room 6 by means of a conveyor 18 and are dried again in the different region from the circulation mechanism 1. The molded articles W after the secondary drying are forwarded to a finishing machine 8 by means of a transfer mechanism 7 and the products P after finishing are taken out on a carrying-out conveyor 10 by means of a taking-out mechanism 9.

SOLUTION: One face of a rolling mold part 2c prepd. by rolling and forming body into a dish or a bowl shape by means of an inclined roller 13 is provided on the top face of a plaster mold 2 and the thickness of the bowl-like main body 2d forming this mold part 2c is uniformly formed from the peripheral edge to the center. On the bottom face of the bowl-like main body 2d formed into a recessed shape, a central rib 2e and surrounding ribs 2f are respectively formed downward at the center and around it. In addition, an attachment ring 26 whose inner peripheral part 26a is lifted up by means of a sitter 18 is brought into contact with the peripheral edge part 2g of the bowl-like main body 2d. In this attachment ring 26, deformation caused by pushing pressure of a roller can be suppressed by the outer peripheral part 26b and rotation is stabilized by the centrifugal force during rolling rotation.

    • PURPOSE:To mount a handle continuously rapidly and accurately by a method wherein a cup is allowed to make one revolution at the time of the arrival at a predetermined position to read the pattern of the outer peripheral surface shape of the cup and this pattern is compared with an outer peripheral surface shape memory pattern in a correct direction to detect shift and this shift is corrected to send out the cup to a handle mounting work position. CONSTITUTION:A fundamental cup M is set to a rotary holding seat 2 so as to accurately mount a handle and the focus of a sensor is matched with one point of the outer periphery of the cup M and the cup M is allowed to make one revolution to store the fundamental data of the outer peripheral shape of the cup M. Next, the outer shape data of a sample cup M set in an arbitrary direction is inputted. The data of both cups are compared by a computer 8 to calculate a shift degree. The cup reaching a predetermined position C is detected in its shift direction and rotated by the quantity corresponding to this shift to be corrected in its direction and transferred to a handle mounting work position D. Therefore, the handle can be mounted at an accurate position.
